1. When can I get my Tracking Number?
Tracking Number usually takes 3-5 business days to be generated. Please take note to allow 3 to 5 business days to update your tracking information. If you don't receive tracking number within 5 business days, kindly send us an email email@example.com If the tracking status is "not available" within 3 to 5 business days from the time you have received your tracking number, kindly send us an email too.
2. How long does the shipping/delivery take?
The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. Once the courier is already done loading your package on the plane, delivery time within the United States is 12-20 days, and 15-30 days internationally. Please also take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances like customs delays that we are not able to control on our end and there are also some delays if there is an upcoming holiday season.
3. How can I track my product shipment?
We will send you an email regarding shipment tracking 3-5 days after the purchase.
4. What should I do if the received item is damage?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product defects to firstname.lastname@example.org
5. Can I get replacement for the damaged item?
Yes, within 7 days upon receiving the item. If the defect is valid, we will send another replacement to you.
